What are your thoughts on the Kansas City market?

I already own property in Oklahoma (a quad) but I live in San Diego, so I want to enter my own market and this would be a more affordable way to do that. 

I would look into the Columbus market.

Focus on turning the unit around and placing a good renter at market rate.

My market is very over saturated.

A lot of people that live in Ca work virtually in better markets.

But my first thought would be to become an expert in your market.

I hooked up with Five Pillars realty in that market.

I wanted some opinions on the market in south texas, what cities yall see booming, i've noticed the influx of 4-plexs and developers looking to capitalize and developing 4-plex subdivisions and now sitting on the market in the cities like alton.
