Even though they only charge us for cleaning, we can ship them supplies, ask them to do odd jobs, and they always let us know if anything is damaged by a guest.Hot tub is really the only stress that the Cabin creates for us. 

Can’t stress enough not to leave anything out.Too many guys call it investing just because they think that’s what they’re doing.

I was also working 2-3 jobs at the time as well.My personal advice is... if you're already stressed out, maybe hold off on the real estate (but if you already have a deal in hand then finish it out). 

So I pay a bit more for Opa Homes, but they get it done and I don't stress.  

So I must stress to you that proper screening of tenants can help cut your eviction numbers down.
