Impress the hell out of them and the rewards will follow. 

Allot of successful folks are willing to help but dont have the time and many will be impressed at you starting so early.

@Dave FosterHi David - Thank you for taking the time to write a response to my question.Would you mind expanding your explanation on your first sentance "you are not going to get capital gains out of that project - it's inventory and will be taxed that way".....I am under the impression that my condo sales would be taxed as short term capital gains. 

But I was always under the impression that I did not need to file a separate return for the LLC when I was being taxes as a sole proprietor through the LLC entity. 

I suppose we could do some or all of these things.We want to do 100 flips a year without working with wholesalers, but we need to find another vector to owners who are motivated.Anyone have recommendations?

Yes, they also gave the impression that maybe the loan officer wasn't so swift. 

I just preformed 50+ rehabs in 6 months and boy have I learned a ton. ( Not so good learning neither ) Basically now I have preformed rehabs for 80% of the turnkey companies based from Kansas city and not impressed at all with there services.

I can target impressions by zip code or radius of the property (or wherever), and I can choose the camapign length as little as a week for like $40, or go for weeks/months. 

As far as max contribution limits, I'm under the impression the max amount I can contribute is $5500 (2017) and that this contribution would be across all ROTH retirement accounts.
