Additionally, I seek information regarding agents that could help me find the properties that I am looking for, property managers that could help me understand the demographics of these areas and what would need to be done to reach close to market rents, and, if at all possible, someone who can guide me through this whole process.I understand this is a lot to ask, and I appreciate any and all advice, but, unfortunately, none of the people that I know personally have done any investing like this or on this scale.

Or they can drill a hole through the closet in the master bedroom so the network cable can be routed from outside and the modem hooked up in the master bedroom.The whole point of doing this is to secure a modem and router in the master bedroom since my friend will Airbnb the unoccupied rooms but doesn't want to leave the modem/router in an unsecured location for security.1) If she chooses to route the network cable from the closet, is there a good way to lay down the cable so people don't trip over it?

Right now you might do an exploratory trip to try and figure out which areas you'd like to focus on - there's a lot of great possibilities for a young family so having a focus will help your search go that much faster when the time comes!

I personally began communicating with a few realtor before visiting so the trip wasn't just me driving around but also looking at a few properties in multiple neighborhoods and getting to decide on the realtor I'd be using for my first property.
