If it's just getting the license, you need to keep reviewing the material from your course - practice tests, flash cards, videos, whatever you need to learn as effectively as you can.

Hi Heather,It is a tough call to make but since I have dealt with the same situation myself as a tenant and as a property manager I can make a couple of suggestions. 

If your financing is in your personal name, it might be tough to get that refinanced under the LLC.

@Michael Conte the seller and his agent have disclosed material defects in which they are both aware of. 

Finding the deals... the Denver market does have tough margins, but I know a lot of flippers that do well and create a business here.
