(3) Hotels

Hotel surplus places are another good place to check for deals.

I want to try using AirBnB or FRBO to rent living space to corporate customers at a rate lower than extended stay hotels and by providing an atmosphere closer to a real home.

@Ashley Sliwa that's kind of an open term, but we structure purchase money mortgages on several properties a year...just acquired a hotel we're renovating for a B&B through purchase money mortgage...not a fan of banks if we can avoid them.

I’d rather spend my extra time looking for new flips then driving 6 hours round trip and hotel stays.Just my 2 cents.

I dont think donald trump had that kind of income when he bought his hotels when he first started.

If it was my house I'd have stayed at a hotel for some of those days.

You can essentially barter 4-5 hrs per day of labor or skills (during the weekday) helping micro/eco hotel/lodge owners to build/design their businesses in really exotic locales in exchange for room and board (and typically the use of other amenities like boats, shuttles, etc.)

I know of several Investors that have invested in projects that will be funded by PFP, they are already receiving monthly dividends for their investment both from the R.E.E.P program and one of the Hotel Resort projects breaking ground in the next few months.  

So the guy was staying in a hotel for a few days, but that was going to get expensive.
