we are working on this house, and done some major updates..opened up the kitchen.before:after:designed the kitchen layout, will have under cabinet lights:i am super excited about this house, we will be pulling out the bushes and cut the tree in the front (my favorite part, removing silly vegetation close to the house).we might have to stop again for awhile while we button up #25 (already rented) and fix up #26 (much closer to rent ready than this one). we are threating this as a "work on it when we have time", rather than our main project.

Good for people who don't want to use variable loans or whose income is highly variable since Penn allows you to stop and start (or vary) the paid up additions inside of 5-year blocks/windows.You can also go reduced paid-up in any year beyond (I think) the 5th year.

Either way- it's to their benefit only.Dodd-Frank screwed up enough in this country - I don't think the purpose of their ruling was to stop renters from being able to buy a home.

Good thing, because the attorney had dropped the ball and was about to miss a deadline for the bankruptcy hearing - I spent 3 days going through evertying I could find on Bankruptcy - I went to court, filed pro-se (for myself) against the attorney for the people that were trying to stop me from foreclosing...We won!
