Of course, there is a cost for the condo docs (typically around $400), but individual documents such as the project info sheet can be purchased separately as an element of the Purchase Offer, or the document(s) only by contacting the Association Managing Agent.

We have a 2.25 y/o son and expecting another on the way, and this space is more than enough for our family today (we lived in a 1BR/1.5 BA 987 sq ft until now, so this is a nearly double!)

I do believe NEXT is a great term in real estate.. my Daddy taught me that way back when .. in the early days when I could not close a sale and was distraught he would say SON  most important word in sales and real estate is NEXT there is always another deal.. go get that one..

I could reduce my hours but many of my hours I use as teaching for my son and his best friend.
