I have recently transitioned from jobs a couple of times during the past year and I’m wondering if it will make it difficult for me to get approved for an FHA Loan?

I'm sure some of the lending experts will chime in on the thread offering excellent advice.As someone who just transitioned from strong W2 employment history to self-employment which lacks 2 years of tax returns I can say it's going to be difficult for a bit.

I recommend the neighborhoods that are transiting from C to B.

I am coming up with a cap rate of 10% but this is with charging weekly rent and our goal would be to slowly transition into lot rent.
