I think we're going to do new doors, re-spray the interior of the cabinets and throw a new sink in and granite countertop.

Bathroom- to the right of the pedestal looks like it should be a closet, why isn't it, use a bifold door and make it a closet (a pedestal sink with no storage not a good choice for the only bath)The extra window spaces should go unless they lend themselves to putting some built in shelves.

I think doing inspections more often is too invasive.We checked the smoke detectors and put in new batteries, checked for running toilets (runs the water bill up and we paid the water bill), checked plumbing for leaks, including under sinks, checked the window a/c unit to be sure it's not leaking where it could cause damage, checked to see if the heater and/or a/c units were working.We'd ask if they needed the pilot light turned on or off for the gas heater, depending on time of year (they can make a place too warm in summer).

I leave a package of soap in each dish in the bathroom tubs and sinks (or if there are soap dispensers make sure these are filled) and leave a small bottle of dish washing liquid by kitchen sink/small box of those dishwasher pellets in rental properties with dishwashers.

I used Fusion grout on the kitchen backsplash for stain resistance and still, there is blue imbedded in areas of grout behind the sink.

Not only was the oven covered in a thick layer of grease, the countertops were THICK with it, the window in the kitchen was covered, the microwave, refrigerator, sink, cabinets, floor, EVERYTHING!!

I am currently living in this house, but at the end of the day I want to maximize resale/renting value.The master looks like this except I ripped out the gross shower doors and put a curtain, also replaced the vanity/sink just so it was livable for me.I wanted to go more a more modern contemporary theme sort of like the picture below...
