Hey all, recently started investing into RE with my first home in my hometown in DFW after graduating from College and recently purchased my second down the street.

I figured that was the case, but I've been just eyeballing the rents I can get via a FF local search and by how quickly I am getting bookings.

If your second home is located in a federally declared disaster area, you may be eligible for temporary mortgage relief options such as:- **Forbearance**: A temporary suspension of mortgage payments for up to 12 months.- **No Late Fees or Penalties**: During the forbearance period, you won't be charged late fees or have delinquencies reported to credit bureaus.- **Repayment Options**: After the forbearance period, you won’t be required to repay all missed payments at once.

I have downloaded all of the other forms mentioned in the book Managing Rental Properties but can't locate the flow chart poster for the tenant screening process.
