.... but the flip side is there is one day that it does feel that it’s worth it and that day is the first of the month when you get the rent money !

It is 4 sides masonry, if that matters.

My short term goals to get started would be to get into the wholesaling side of real estate and earn capital to eventually invest in purchasing properties on my own for renting and also fixing/flipping.

@Mark S. when I am a passive I like to see 92% for hot places like dallas and 87-90% for regular markets.

(This can be a pro if you are on the other side of the transaction from them)

Bloomingdale is and will remain pretty hot.

Also, with vertical blinds a lot of tenants don’t understand that the blinds need to be in the open position first before bringing the whole stack to one side.

We'd be keeping the property because we love it and hope to live in it for part of the year.My target area is:I'm guessing that Hershey, PA is the hot-spot for short-term vacation rentals. 

I cant really give out the address quite yet, but it's on the NE side of town, 860sf, 2 bed 1 bath.
