My husband owns a new company with no employees and makes $0 income from it at the moment.

At the moment, I am working on getting capital to go towards a down payment for a duplex/triplex in the area.

This was the moment when my DIY  motivation just flew out the window and decided to outsource  the job.So, tell me your story when your light bulb went on to hire a contractor?

We finally made the moved to Myrtle Beach, SC and we are leaning towards Flips at the moment.

Main interests at the moment are multi family properties to buy and hold and also in BRRRing properties as well in the New Orleans area.  

I am currently stationed away from Tucson at the moment so the challenge for me is going to be starting out investing from a distance. 

A solid TK company should be able to connect you with references at any given moment. 

- 3-4 desks and random items from an eviction cleanup... are sitting off to the side of house/yard ( I own the lot next to my rental house ) - Today I stepped out of my vehicle to get to work on updating the home again... and the moment I step out, the 68 year old neighbor, from 3 houses down, Yells me down to converse with her.

If I had enough capital, I would go to auction, after walk through, and consider buying at auction (given I knew all possibilities of of tax liens, etc) but at this moment, my connections and capital is not adequate. 

The moment you signed the lease, both of you have the responsibility to follow the rules.
