Find a broker that interprets their lending guidelines that works with the friendly loan, in fact you can ask them for guidance to make sure you do things they way they want to see it done. 

At $1.4 million that is a very different market than your normal "bread and butter" house and it would be wise to seek the advise of people who have experience in that niche.
