More risk more reward.

Is the financial reward the same to a PM for a vacant property as an occupied...surely they don't receive anything while a tenant squats?

I'm leaning more towards tax at this point because I think it would serve as more of an asset not only to my own future investment/business strategies, but to other investors' strategies as well.As of right now, I don't want to be an accountant for the rest of my career; however, I know by gaining experience in a firm that works with the real estate industry I'd be able to absorb knowledge about different types of real estate, investment strategies, and their tax implications.I fell in love with real estate investing because of the challenges, risks, rewards, and opportunities it can create.

Is this a good deal gone bad too fast or is there a reward?

That is an extremely low cash flow in my opinion and not worth the risk vs reward.

Government policies aimed at rewarding failure and penalizing success also significantly contribute to the state of mind.

This is a much bigger investment of time but the rewards are much higher too.

I guess to some, if a company commits an illegal act, they should be rewarded...

It's fun and can be rewarding.......at times.  

Its a conditioning process like investing and the rewards are worth it ;)Garrett
