Problem is the second I do that I can kiss decent school districts and modern amenities (restaurants, movie theaters, stores other than the dollar variety) goodbye, plus some of these places would even be considered food deserts.

Everytime i share these methods or ideas i get shut down. but still I've help encourage my sister to take college credit course in high school, as well of take advantage scholarships and oportunies through high school. so finishing her senior year she has many oportunies ahead of her.

Look at the pressure switch , while water is running the gauge should drop to 40 psi then the punp kicks in , When you shut off the water the gauge goes up to 60 psi and then cuts off .

In the meantime the tenant could flip the switch to reset the furnace when it shut off and I provided an electric room heater.
