The primary requirement is at least one of the owners is required to be an active pilot.The the FAA Modernization and Reform Act of 2012 (https://www.faa.gov/airports/airport_compliance/re...) resulted in the laws being setup for these types of communities called "Through the fence".

There are a lot of people like @Paul Sandhu mentioned, making calls to owners and agents to lease and re-lease or sublease these properties, and there are management companies as well that can assist with furnishing, eys and turning it over for cleaning between stays. but again I think that owning the building, make this model more obtainable and profitable.

I have posted a few times and I will admit that I have not read all the rules so I am going to post carefully.... hand one "flagged" in the past but no understanding as to why.I have been investing in RE for many years in a passive nature but just sold a couple of homes that were deprecated out and made some good money and thought.... if I had only had done that x 10 I would be set.I recently attended a $250 3 day event after attending a free 3 hour event.
