If you hang around here long enough, you will find:People saying that single family rentals are not profitable, despite the fact that there are boatloads of people here who have made their wealth that way;People saying that too much rapid growth is wrong, despite the fact that there are plenty of examples of people who have become multi-millionaires by rapid ramp-up;People saying that slow growth is a losing proposition, despite the fact that many of the slow-growthers held their portfolios during the last downturn by being in all/mostly cash, while everyone else went broke;ETCIn other words, for every strategy, there is going to be a contrarian on this board that will claim that it doesn't work.
