The realtor will get their commission faster and with less work.If anything, the agents I know would ask sellers to list properties too low to make a quick(er) sale.Again I base my argument on 100% facts.Can you present the data that you used to arrive at those "facts"?

We do yellow letters once in awhile, but postcards are so much quicker and easier so they end up being done more consistently - at least for us.If you have the time to do yellow letters, go for it.

I'm not a big fan of laminate.The target neighborhood does not have heavy evidence of a trend of wood floors through recent comps, but I think this addition would make for a quicker sale due to the fact.
