So, the first question they usually ask a PMC is about fees - instead of asking about services and HOW those services are executed.EXAMPLE: PMC states they will handle tenant screening – what does that specifically mean?

So, my question is, what lists are flippers having the best success targeting?

You get answers to many questions. 

Since the plan is no longer to live in it, the question becomes what to do now, given the change of plan.

If you have a good deal, and can PROVE it with NUMBERS, no-one will question you on your experience level.
