Do I do a title search or there are other ways to find out from the public record?

I got a letter from the County Public Works Dept. today stating that although my paving contractor applied for permits for our driveway, the pre-installation inspection didn't occur, and therefore, the permits were not issued before the driveway at my property was installed.  

It holds me accountable and keeps me driving to the outcomes I have set for myself (publicly).On the personal advice, yes, though it didn't start out that way. 

Now I believe retired from public life. 

I know that I can research public records at the local county circuit court.

That's a reason to dig in, not run.As @Jeff Zamora said, I'd look up the name of the owner using public records, and then use skip trace tools to try to find a way to contact them.

Whenever you are dealing with someone in Wisconsin one of the things you can do is check Ccaps which is the public records for Wisconsin courts.

The site is mainly for commercial agents but they do have a public listing search as well.

Even in my thread a few people thought it was a "bash" on wholesalers and to the contrary I pointed out many instances of what NOT to do so that one can be a viable and profitable wholesaler. yes, there are many nasayers and bashers here, typical of any large public site with many opinions, however, let the record be set straight that wholesaling is NOT illegal, immoral, corrupt, or any other negative word.
