We give them two options for screening. they can either provide documentation that they are traveling for their job or they can pay for tenant screening.

This method provides more privacy, but you're still capturing all the advantages of having someone else pay your mortgage. 

If you have a buyer's agent, please do NOT call the listing agent to have them provide access.
