We are adding a STR to our portfolio in Arlington, TX in the entertainment district that is walking distance to Jerryworld and Globe Life Field & think we want to be available on several booking channels and would like dynamic pricing and a calendar sync feature I saw a sales demo for Hostfully which ostensibly gets the property listed on multiple channels and keeps the calendar straight to avoid double booking.

@James CarlsonSE Denver, the house is in unincorporated Arapahoe county which provides access to the cherry creek public school system vs Denver public schools which I also a see as a positive.

While you should never believe their revenue projection on a specific property without doing further due diligence, I do think their data is a good baseline and can provide an eagle-eye view of areas with better occupancy, better ADR, lower supply and therefore higher revenue potential, etc.Good luck!
