I was asking a couple of members on my power-team the same question a few days prior.  

I mean I was shown power points of 25-50% commissions on the education programs they are selling.  

Nonetheless, someone who has the staying power and a captive construction crew and/or does this as an owner-builder, will make out pretty well on a new build.  

What is happening to their buying power over time?
