Hello guys, we plan to take cash out refinance from one of our houses that are paid off ( no mortgage) and then 1031 exchange sale.  

The base plan for the tool that my team has created is $999/mo designed for real estate wholesalers and they love it.

IMN might not be the right place for a newer investor, but the next BPCon might be better for you if you plan your dance card prior to going.

I have worked with a few clients who are planning on riding the Intel train and investing in the NE area for STR while they still can. 

I only have one property and it’s got around 80k in equity that I can’t use until mid July but make decent income from that rent, my plan was to use the initial cash out refinance to do a fix and flip or 2 to pay back the refinance and use profits to go towards another rental but the waiting period I feel is making me miss out on a lot of opportunities.

Remember to file as a foreign corporation in any state where you plan to do business, especially once you start acquiring property, to protect your corporate veil.Lastly, my Disclaimer: This is not legal advice. :)

I would keep on them, keep reaching out and letting them know you plan to fight it and asking them for more information to substantiate the claims. 

Come up with a plan -  I recommend that you start in your own  backyard first and get some practice with some local homeowners who are in distress or want to sell.   

Hi Kasey,If you plan to scale a portfolio, over the long run it would make sense to put them under the LLC.
