Are you having trouble finding deals from an inventory perspective or numbers perspective? 

To all the wholesellers out there:There was a question posted by another person a while back that was very interesting to me so I’d like to get some perspective from wholeseller’s side.I currently have one investment property and plan on purchasing another one soon.

I appreciate your perspective.

Framing also looks in good shape with solid footings under beams.My assumption here is, given the scope of the  work to fix, this will require the town's sewer dept and/or health dept to get involved.I'm trying to decide if I should wait out the seller to fix and keep going through with closing or just take back my earnest money and keep looking for something less problematic from a sewage/sewer perspective.

Think of it from their perspective: do they prefer to deal formally or informally with you.

Was hoping to get some feedback on a perspective tenant.

I find it hard to wrap my mind around 1 single bank account to house all rehab transactions for multiple properties, all reserves for cap ex, and vacancy, but I could also be looking at it from the wrong perspective.

I ask because from a real estate sales perspective, I only have access to the MLS datrabases that I operate in.

I, too, am staying in an STR, and yes, my perspective has become WAY more critical since I became a host.
