Most people who go to get their license think it's easy and it's not easy.

Cap Rates are low in this space, but it makes sense for a lot of people who have a huge tax burden.

But I'd love to get insights from people in the business now!

BRRRR for individuals in Spain is not possible, however, for companies it is if you talk with the right people.

I would just avoid people who complain about their job, life, and other stuff online all the time (like me, lol). 

There are a lot of things that people can learn on here (if they are paying attention to the right people) and eventually begin to tackle themselves, but there are times that reading a blog won't really help. 

As to taking advantage of novice investors, only a very small percent of people who buy ANY real estate investment program at any price ever start trying to put it into practice.
