He quickly responds to any inquiries, will run more unbiased comps than I get from the RE agents, will find out ownership of any RE, will check liens, basically he goes the extra mile for us (but we have been very good customers).Good luck

It depends on what you mean by seller financing.If I am the owner and I am agreeing to a lease with an option, there would be no change of ownership until the person exercises the option and completes what the option requires.
