I have a 2 family house that im currently "house hacking" in i have a ground level unit as well i was wondering what would be the pros and cons of me making it legal and me making my 2 family into a 3 family..

I was having some problems finding a probate and pre forclosure list in my town I happened to find a tax delinquent list I live in louisville Kentucky their is a probate list online on the property tax list but nothing further help would be very appreciated

Hi,My mom is interested in selling her second house FSBO and asked me if I would be willing to post the house online, field phone calls and schedule the showings, be there when buyers come to look at the property, etc. to help her out since she is quite busy and out of town often.

Everything is in line with the closing with all parties involved so it's just a matter of the day arriving.In this case, would you all list the property online and start collecting applications making it clear that move in wouldn't be for four weeks?

For example, I am currently looking at online REEBroker for brokerage service that offers a fixed $500 fee per transaction.
