They typically have access by either dirt road or trail, with people carrying in all the required supplies for there stay (both winter and summer). 

However if you are selling a relatively large asset and want to replace it with numerous smaller properties then the rules change. 

Without the documents, I cannot tell if there was a recording error, if the second lien stayed in second position, or what exactly happened?

I noticed a disturbing trend--rentals which are priced at a level I didn’t believe to be profitable are staying on the market an extremely long period of time.After a little digging, I found several neighborhoods which appear to be completely saturated with rental homes.

In 11 years I once had a week long vacancy between tenants but the previous Tennants stayed 8 years and I replaced all flooring, appliances and paint.

They would know best what other liens will stay.
