Shorty after buying my house six years ago, county vehicles would show up to inspect the property but not be able to get in.

However, how do you exit that type of vehicle.

Many online web sites will provide a letter of certification for a fee so this is a very easy vehicle for someone to get their pets certified as ESAs to be able to fly with their pets and to be able to move into no pet rentals. 

Having managed large apartment communities I understand how this vehicle work and am very comfortable with it.

Only thing that will save it is enhanced transportation to DC like the Maglev being built or autonomous vehicles eliminating speed limits on a BW parkway lane or 95. 

As an investor, holding a note you started 3 years ago with a 4.0 rate, if rates have risen to 7.0, you may think to yourself, "well shivver me timbers, let me dump this 4.0 paying investment vehicle, and put buy a 7.0 note.
