We bought a 33-lot mobile home park about 3 months ago and my partner told me about the Virginia Manufactured Home Lot Rental Act as of July 1, 2021.

The bank we got the loan from was the same bank who denied us for the purchase of mobile home park.

Purchase price: $350,000 Cash invested: $100,000 33-lot mobile home park, with 30 mobile homes and a single-family house.

Google the locals banks and start hammering the phones. 

having a hard time finding a lender to do a rental loan on a mobile home.i own the lots and homes and covered all the remodeling.even on permanent foundation as real propertyany suggestions as i dont have w2 income anymore?

Hello everyone,Long time member, first time poster.It’s a long story and I’m writing this on my phone so I’ll skip some parts.Current residents in one of my units are not actually on a lease (mom is on lease but moving out leaving daughter there etc)I’ve already talked to them letting them know we will need to have a new lease signed with everyone living there to be on it.During our conversation, it was mentioned that one of them will be having a surgery soon and will be in a wheelchair for a while.They requested I add a ramp to the house (this is a double width mobile home).So my question is, do I have to add the ramp?
