Be consistent in the marketing/looking that you are doing, and then add on additional methods as you go.

you can mix it up once you get going..all of the investing methods have their strong points and weak points.. however wholesaling by far is less risk then the others..

Yeah its slow but it could stay slow forever as far as im concerned.

Another method may be to target a price/sqft in a given, specific market.
