Is there a win-win number where I can take this dump off your hands so you can stop paying for property management with a revolving door of tenants?

The involvement of onsite management, often seen as a potential red flag, can lead to the property failing crucial qualification tests.

We own/manage several properties in the area so managing it would not be an issue.

I get MTR leads from Airbnb and do bookings through the airbnb platform.I use apartments.com to manage my Long term tenants and collect rent.What do I need to keep in mind for starting off on the right foot for book keeping?

I just bought a MFH USDA Rural Development and the acting manager (not my hire) messed up and was fired.

Sure there are taxes on that each year, but no management issues, etc..Even a 1031 doesn't make sense sometimes.

(I think almost everyone on the forums here falls into this group, including me)* Property managers who need to manage many units for many landlords.

Are there any specific marketing channels or tactics that property management companies often overlook but can be highly effective in lead generation?
