Money is too hard to earn and easy to lose.

While they are signing the 1 year lease, I can guarantee you if they are losing money they will close up shop.

As an Atlanta resident and real estate agent, I hate to hear news like this, but hopefully, the campus will come to fruition one day.

You will need to hope appreciation continues until you sell.

I would need to probably include farm profits in my calculations because the hope would be to eventually farm full time, but also supplement current income till I can move to farming full time.
