Do more research, ask locals on this website about the area and for their opinions and run more numbers before the next purchase.

A local lawyer, Tim Priebe, is a great source of information.

We spent too much remodeling it and dropped the price too quickly in a softening real estate market.

Alot of this depends on your local and state laws.
