Mark Manship Collecting Data on Specific Neighborhoods/Towns

Unfortunately, I've now realized the sheer number of man hours that my desired outputs will require, and am wondering if anyone knows of a site/product/etc. that generates some or all of the following data for a specific neighborhood/area within a city:- Price per square foot as a function of time (average over the past month, 3-month, year, 5-year...) - Average square footage, # bedrooms, # of baths for current property list- Distribution of property types (single family home, apartment, townhouse, condo)- Average age of homes- % or # breakdown of sold properties by month for a calendar year (i.e. for 2016: 12% sold in Jan, 5% in Feb, 20% in Mar...)I know that sites like Zillow and Trulia can provide some trend data, but I'm looking for something a little more specialized.

I also was unable to procure a quote over the phone, but one company said it was generally around $1 a square foot, which seemed low to me.

So you could put make the investment in remodeling the space knowing that the returns will come to you (as long as you stay current on your mortgage, obviously).If you take your idea of remodeling the space before you have a contract and ask him to foot the bill, what's to say he won't do it and then keep the property to himself?

Lawsuits over this have been battled out; a federal court decided that process being used by PGW was unconstitutional (owner's rights to due process being denied), but the concept of the owner having to foot the unpaid bill was not ruled unconstitutional (so a better process that does not deny due process could put the unpaid PGW bills back as the owner's obligation).
