Especially now since they are the leading asset class to go into foreclosure.This may just be my bias, but i think retail and office may be the best items to buy in the next few years (for those able to) That sector is getting hit so hard across the nation right now and the downturn has been so hard and fast that when the cycle turn comes in the next 3-5 years and jobs are created and economy is improved people will get more adventurous and they will raise in price faster then apartments, self storage (is dependant on moves down It seems and when the economy is improving people don't usually move down), mobil homes i don't know.Of course anything can be a good buy especially if you get it at fire sale prices like today.

Since the day I moved in I have complained and complained about my neighbors not doing so.We have a small back patio, and directly off of the patio is a small hill... the bottom of this hill is maybe 15 feet from the edge of the patio platform and in the spring (now) it is somewhat flooded down there.My neighbors have a large black lab.

Lehman Bros. might actully be a good suggestion, gettin in for just a dime a share, if it goes to .11 your up 10%, this can happen in no time at all.. id say its actually a good pick.With only $500 I wouldnt open a TDA account, I'd look into a simpler trading platform with cheaper prices, I'd suggest Zecco.For monday the 29th I'd suggest SNSS.. its .89 right now.. almost a guarantee 10% for the day.. good luck!
