@Eric BowlinThanks for the input.Some of the reasons you mentioned are the reason I use it now as a supplement.Normally, there would be a dozen of two of 8.5"x11" pieces of paper with detailed information, floor plan and inside photos, as well as web address for additional photo, my phone number, email etc...all on one single page.The problem is when that runs out...I put the box up first day all the papers are gone, probably from nosy neighbors walking by, so the QR code is a backup, it's better than an empty box.Obviously it's only for those who drives by, those who found the place on the web already have the web address and relevant information.As far as popularity goes, I guess my experience is a bit different.A recent quick survey I did at a party and a picnic, most of the younger kids, by that I mean teens and in the twenties have QR code reader apps on their phones, there is no need to download an app.

It would be nice if these Guru's would just come out with it already its 20 to 40k and we are going to teach you the business.But remember this whole Guru pitch got its roots in MLM the presentations the pulling at your heartstrings.. the showing your wife and kids on a power point and stating this is why your doing this. so you can spend more time with family and make the money you deserve.

That way people can get in the house easily and will linger inside during showings since its nice and warm.Lastly and probably most important is do your homework when selecting your listing agent.

It just makes it more important that they do abide by those terms, as it would be an area of greater scrutiny from the community (parents, kids, etc.).

Chances are, the range may have a serial number, so they should be able to set up a return based on that info.Source: (2) of my step-kids worked at home depots locally, and they've told me the same info about returns acceptance.Hope this helps!

I am with @John HornerTried and failed numerous times with VA's.Plus, I don't have time to go over to the Philippines and train them for a couple of weeks to get it right hahaThere are plenty of college kids here in town looking for a few extra bucks anyway so as John mentioned the pay difference isn't that much higher and you get someone live.Thanks
