When flipping a house with lets say a total of 3 people, each takes their profit & are taxed individually correct?

Hello Erika,I rented a few times, but mostly with small individual landlords. 

"ADU" legality is typically defined by each city individually.  

Oftentimes, when there are too many options, individuals end up not choosing anything.

How do individuals and management companies handle these annual inspections? 

Private money lenders are typically not licensed, private individuals you form a relationship with and one in which they are looking for alternative investments other than the stock market, bank CD, etc.

Basically that little piece of paper states that the owner of the property, can if they choose to, rent it out to however many individuals noted by said township/borough. 

I am looking for a company or individual that provides boiler maintenance.

Get a standard lease & assign a number to each of the rental rooms in your house, and add that room number to each individual lease.

Any big player wholesaler can tell you that you're wrong.
