This number seems very high considering we just bought the house a year ago, and we know buyer is also paying a title fee as well (we did that last year).

However the PM  (LSI) did not have a local office, but they had a payment plan via CVS Pharmacy where the tenant could pay cash at CVS, I know it sounds crazy.Also,  as I questioned the PM, the ledger changed.

Everything was working properly, and as many of you might know the first batch of I should be thrown away.

Most agents know nothing about property management and won't touch it with a 10-foot pole.

I have a situation that I didn't do that, and they didn't know how much they could afford.
