You have DIRECT impact in an investment property and I can not stress how AMAZING that feels some days vs watching your position in a rock solid company crater for seemingly zero reason and your completly powerless to do anything about it other than question do i just hold, for how long, weeks, months, years, will it recover, is it just repriced.

I don't know what other homes in the area have for backyard amenities but it could be that if you only have rocks in the backyard, people with kids may not find that appealing.

Prevention is always less costly than remediation, so these processes need to be rock solid.
