I could run 5-10 projects at a time with no problems, multiple times, with an average of 10% less contract days and ALWAYS under budget, if you hired a contractor that is substandard or eating more than what he could chew, guess who picked the contractor?

Keep in mind, the person offering is obviously a paying member of BP but the person looking to possibly do business with that individual may not be.I guess I am asking if BP has a responsibility to those looking for these services, loans, investments, etc.

I guess if the market stays depressed or shows signs of breaking down the ball will be back in the government’s court to reconsider the foreign buyer tax and if that is repealed or reduced, it is likely to prop up the market again maybe?
