It's a legal 4 units, I re-zoned and I built a the new unit in the place of the old commercial space.The problem with the refinance seems to be the same from different sources, I'm in the "no man's land" zone with the 4 unit.

I would even broaden it out to what other sources of funding do people use?

   Does the government, private organizations, or any other source provide grants for real estate investing?

The smiles of success of these people surrounded by poverty is another source of motivation.The health and happiness of my children is a strong source of motivation.
