I've narrowed my list of properties I am interested in down to about 100 and am starting to take a closer look at each of them.

The closer you get to purchasing you should  keep in touch to see if their rates change. 

I'd be interested to know if they get you closer to your actuals vs. what you presented on... an analysis of analysis methods :)
