Hello everyone,This past June I graduated from High School and now I'm working as a Summer Intern at my local DPW (Department of Public Works) and after this summer the plan was for me to attend a four-year private university for Marketing and Finance after the four years I would have around 60k in student loans, but recently I was informed I could work for my local DPW full time and make around 55k a year at the age of 19 but I'd be losing the Marking and Finance, classes.

Demand has decreased for sure since early 2022, but we personally stay pretty booked, since our house offers three different sized units--a 4/2, which we book out for the big events like graduations and football weekends, the 3/1 side, which is great for small families and couples as well as groups traveling to town for work, and then the 1/1, which we only open up on weeknights between other reservations, and it usually books with a traveling nurse or someone coming to town for an interview or short work trip.

I am currently 24 years old and just graduated University last year.

The Plan: Our plan is to purchase the property as our primary residence, live in it for the next two years until our son graduates from high school and turn it into a rental.

Most of the advice that I got at the time seemed to suggest that it would be better if I waited since it's likely that I'll be moving from my current location in a year.Quick history: I just graduated school in May, I start work on Monday in DC (1 year job) and I move to Florida next year (probably) for at least three years.

I am a recent college graduate with several part time/seasonal jobs and not a full time salary which makes it tough to get a traditional bank loan and also have just some, but not a ton of money saved.
