I don't have much of a big elaborate plan but to * start learning how to analyse houses properly to see how they look a few years down the road if its worth keeping or not, *finding property, *finding better ways to grab loans than just going to a bank, *then go out and make the deals and continue to absorb more knowledge as I can and network that's pretty much it and my set goal for 2016 is to get at least 2 property's.
