I genuinely appreciate your emphasis on saving diligently, managing debt wisely, building credit, and securing stable employment.

My life path would have been very different if not for him.Also Gary Bellomi who FreeModel kinda partnered with at is a realestate agent who actually owns realestate in Oak Cliff/Dallas and I think genuinely tried to help me.

My goal for this post is simply to inspire and also show that it is possible to make money even with high-interest rates!! 

It sounds like you have had interest in this field for awhile, and passion can take you as far as you want to go as long as it is genuine.
