If the wires are all there and functioning and you can mark where the jacks would be (photo of the room with an x) saved in a file then you may as well leave the wiring just in case a potential buyer wants them.Internet wiring if it is there could be beneficial to place boosters and or allow people to wire in smart tv's or whatever fun devices they come out with in the next decade.

Ask about any HOA involvement, and if so request a copy of the bylaws and a full schedule of fees.If the answers to those questions are satisfactory and your own interest in the property has survived a visual inspection, spend a little time checking out the neighborhood.

I figure if I mess up my first deal for some reason real estate has a way of correcting itself in the future , it’s easy to do because I compare it with the things we would waste money on that would really help us like let’s say you see a home that’s $100k, and it has to be functional for a bank to approve a loan for it, so I’ll risk the $20k I been saving to get it , bank loans 80k , & if you followed the 1% you should be able to rent for $1000.
