The sfhs are cashflowing but at the top of their value curve where all the value is squeezed (if fact they were squeezed at day one since they were turnkey).

Does income fit the bill?

I know the US Census has their data available online, but I'm looking for an API that allows me to get recent population history for, say, the top 30 cities in the US.

@Will Grabert I haven't found any good deals that fit my requirements since August, I will add that I have very high standards for my acquisitions so I'm probably not going to see many more opportunities in the current investment climate.

Not due to the demographics,but due to the lack of energy and it’s lack of potential on many issues,it’s just not a place anyone I know would it be on the top of their list or even on their list.

It's a sellers market for sure and they are getting top dollar making it even harder to get a deal.
